Scripture: Exodus 14: 29-31
“But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with the wall of water on their right and on their left. That day the Lord saved Israel from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore. And Israel saw the great power the Lord displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.”

Observation:
We serve a God who is all powerful and able to do anything. I find great comfort in knowing that our Lord will accomplish his will no matter what.

Application:
If I want to be a participate in God’s work here on earth I must make sure that I am seeking him and his will in prayer so that my words an actions are in line with his will.

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for reminding me about your great power to accomplish your will here on earth. Help me to be able to discern your will as I spend time in your word and in prayer, and then help me to carry out your will in my life.
